To check for apps you might’ve recently uninstalled on the iPhone and iPad, use the App Store’s purchases list. Don’t worry—it also logs all free-to-download apps.

  1. Open the App Store and sign in to your Apple account.
  2. Click on the App Store icon in the top left corner of your screen.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the App Store and click on the Purchases list button.
  4. You will now see a list of all of your purchases from the past month, as well as any new purchases that have been made since you last logged in to the App Store.

If an app is at the top of the list and appears to be a fairly new addition, it is safe to assume that it has been recently deleted.
